1. Introduction

 

Welcome to Carpella Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to both residential and commercial cleaning services.

2. Services Provided

 

Carpella Cleaning offers professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Services include but are not limited to:

 

  • General cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • Commercial office and workspace cleaning

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.

  • Commercial clients may be required to sign a service agreement.

  • Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Residential cleaning services are billed per session or as part of a prepaid plan.

  • Commercial cleaning services require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • All contracted commercial work is billed on the last working day of every month.

  • Payments must be made in full within the agreed timeframe.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Pricing Disclaimer

  • All prices listed on our website, quotes, or promotional materials are estimates and subject to change based on the scope of work, property size, and specific cleaning requirements.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection or after a detailed discussion of your needs.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the initial quote.

  • Carpella Cleaning reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

Additional Charges

  1. Parking Fees: Customers must provide a parking space for our team or arrange a visitor parking permit if required. If no parking is available, a fee of £4 per hour will be added to cover parking costs. Please inform us in advance if special arrangements need to be made.

  2. Congestion Charge: If your location is within a congestion charge zone, the charge will be added to your invoice. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your area, feel free to check with us beforehand.

  3. Minimum Service Charge: Our minimum charge for any carpet cleaning service is £75. This ensures we can cover the cost of high-quality cleaning products, professional equipment, and expert service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for residential services and 48 hours in advance for commercial contracts.

  • Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff illness), Carpella Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Any special cleaning instructions should be communicated in advance.

  • Carpella Cleaning is not responsible for items left in the way that may obstruct cleaning (e.g., cluttered floors, personal belongings).

7. Liability & Damages

  • While our staff take great care in handling items, Carpella Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage.

  • Clients must report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Carpella Cleaning is fully insured, and any valid claims will be handled accordingly.

8. Health & Safety

  • Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines, including the use of approved cleaning products.

  • If hazardous materials or unsafe conditions are present, our staff reserves the right to refuse service.

9. Termination of Service

  • Carpella Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms.

  • Clients may also terminate ongoing contracts with **30 days' notice** in writing.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and is used solely for service-related communication.

  • We do not share client details with third parties without consent.

11. Amendments

Carpella Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
